Partner Program Information: If you participate in our partner program, we collect your PayPal information for commission payouts.
Payment Information: Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers.
Automatically Collected Information: For affiliate tracking, security, and analytics, we collect your IP address, browser type, and device tokens.

Grant Matching: We use a vector-mapped database to match your business profile with available grants.
Service Delivery: To store your data in your account so you can access, edit, and manually export your work. You have full control over what is saved and can delete it at any time.
Communication & Marketing: * Implied Consent: By using GrantZap, you provide implied consent for Flexology LLC (DBA GrantZap) to contact you via email, SMS, or phone regarding your account and to provide offers for other business software.
Partner Program Transparency: If you were referred to the Service, your referrer can see your name and whether or not a purchase was made to facilitate commission tracking.
Self-Service: You may delete your data directly within the application interface at any time.
Formal Deletion Request: You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing [email protected].
Retention: Data is generally retained as long as your account is active. Upon a valid deletion request, data is purged from our active databases immediately.
SMS Opt-Out: You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by texting "UNSUBSCRIBE" to 725-215-1131.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service:
Infrastructure: Hosted on Cloudflare and BizlyApp.
Marketing & Analytics: We use BizlyApp for email marketing and Microsoft Clarity for behavior analytics.
Artificial Intelligence: AI processing and drafting are powered via OpenRouter.
Payments: Processed securely via Stripe and PayPal.
Encryption: All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest to protect your sensitive business information.
We use cookies and tracking pixels to enhance your experience, maintain your session, and track affiliate referrals for our partner program. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
US Only: GrantZap is intended strictly for businesses and residents within the United States. We do not intentionally collect data from, or offer services to, individuals in the European Union or other international jurisdictions.
